Shipping

Orders received before 12:00 pm Pacific Time are normally shipped the same day.  Add-ons and changes after your order is placed may cause a delay in shipping. 

MSR Wholesale Balloons is not responsible for lost shipments.  Should a loss be reported, we will make every effort to get your order to you.

When ordering, please take into account that weekends, Holidays, and the day the order ships are not counted as shipping days and will add to your shipping time.

We Ship Internationally

If shipping to an international destination, you will see $0 as we will determine the shipping cost, then send you the shipping quote via email.  You will be responsible for any and all fees, taxes, tariffs, etc. imposed by the destination country.

Local Pickup (Free - Washington only)

Please allow two hours for your order to be prepared
Hours: 8am - 2pm Mon-Fri.
Orders must be placed by 2pm for same day pick-up

Free UPS Ground shipping on orders over $250 USD!

Taxes do not count toward order total.

Not valid with any existing discounts.

Exclusions apply. Bouquet bags & Decochamp baseplates are not eligible for free shipping and will be shipped separately at the regular shipping rate.
