Returns
- Returns must be authorized by MSR Wholesale Balloons. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Defective products must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Your account will be credited for the value of the defective merchandise.
- Non-defective product returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
- Seasonable products and pre-inflated balloons are not returnable.
